My ps4 making weird sound after I replaced the thermal paste

I replaced my thermal paste with the Arctic Mx4. After i reassemble my ps4 pro it started a weird sound. Please help

It sounds like rrrrr sound.

is the fan being blocked by some cables?

I checked the fan and theirs no cable blocking the fan but if i start a game the sound starts to.
