The Bluetooth is not working

The bluetooth is not working but the aux cable is and also the options button through which we change the Bluetooth and aux cable option is not working

I have the same problem. My Kilburn 2 is only a few months old and the bluetooth suddenly stopped appearing. It does everything like normal except for being discoverable.
