Identifying value of component

I need to know the value of the mode choke on the logiboard. The component is the one the tweezers are pointing to. The MacBook does not work anymore so I cannot find the S/N from the os settings, it is not printed on the bottom, and I purchased it second hand from a school when they upgraded. The only info I have is the year 2009 is printed on the bottom.

Perhaps you would know, could this be used in place of one of the HDMI mode choke/filters on the PS4?

Sorry - I just don't know. This is a relatively common inductor, a SMT parts house has them.
