As you can see I have ripped the flex cable for the replacement screen when powered on only the backlight works and nothing is displayed on the screen.
How I repair this without buying a whole new screen?

You’re better off replacing the screen because you’ll need to send it to someone who has thousands of dollars in microsoldering equipment to do it.
