Toshiba Television LCD 40L3453DB
I have shone a light at the screen with the lights off and I can see and image but when I turn the lights back on the image is not visible. I heard that if this is the case then the backlight inverter is most likely the problem but im not quite sure where the backlight inverter is on my toshiba tv

@mohammedmir it’s a LED backlit Tv. No inverter board passe. This could be a bad power board or a bad backlight array (number 1 suspect), as well as a bad main board (unlikely) Remove the back cover and measure the voltages from your power board to the backlight LED’s as well as to the main board. compare the voltages to what is printed on the board.
