have you tried using a different cable or port on the tv? Try plugging something else in with that cable and port to make sure the problem is the Xbox first

If other devices connect to your TV fine and you’ve tried other cables then it would either be the HDMI port or the HDMI transmitter on the mobo that needs replacing.
