My tablet won’t turn on, but the area where the battery is got hot. We also unpluged it and it made a noise indicating that it was low on battery i left it for a few hours but, it still wouln’t turn on. Is the screen messed up because it cracked? Thanks.

Anastasia Oporto this “the area where the battery is got hot” would make me start with a new battery. It is possible that your battery has failed and is now starting to overheat(charge. Replace teh battery then re-evaluate. Substituição da bateria do Visual Land Prestige Elite 7Q
