When I put mut my phone on the charger it gives the charging sign for 1 second then stops and the percentage is not increasing. However I kept the charger then after hours I restarted the phone and it is now 65% from 4% when I put the charger on for 4 hours

This could be three things:
a bad battery
a bad charging port
logicboard issue
Try Replacing the battery first. Then the port. If neither of those work it’s a board level problem.

Could also just be blockage in charging socket. Being careful of the charging pins while cleaning with fine tweezers or toothpick can clean it out.
No. If it was blockage it wouldn’t charge at all
