Why laptop keep shutting down automatically after a few seconds?

My Toshiba satellite A300D laptop keep shutting down without prior notice, I have already cleaned the Fan and removed some clogged dust, I even replace old thermal grease with a new one and yet it keep shutting down after a few seconds, any idea with this problem?

It's okay now, I just have issues with heat sink

And does it happen when the laptop is fully booted in Windows or before it boots to it's OS ?

I used to have a similar one and found a solution years ago and was able to get it fixed.

I do need to search for the details of it if you need it.
