Is the Galaxy J3 the same device as the Samsung Galaxy Express Prime?

I am considering working on a Galaxy Express Prime, and when I look around, I hardly see any parts for it. I’ve seem a lot of things that lead me to believe they are the same phone. Can anyone confirm of deny that? Thanks!

@linktoad looks like the Galaxy Express Prime and the Galaxy J3(2016) are both a Samsung SM-J320A.
