cant remember what my keypad lock is cant get in to my phone

Try calling the manufacturer and your service provide. One of them should be able to reset the phone. (yes, you will probably have to do this from a different phone)

The key combination stated in this forum is not working as well as in other forums its a complicated phone and unless you will have to do update to wipe all data on it go to http://software.sonymobile.com/update_se... download the files and run it follow the oncreen instruction

Have you tried a hard-reset the E10i (mini) by pressing power button while holding the "home" button (middle one)? Also check this question I forgot my password..
