display is black with 1 blue horizontal line.

it still seems to function but just doesn’t light up with anything else but the blue horizontal line across the screen. No cracks and nothing happened. It just simply quit working. Recharged it and forced restart and the blue line disappears when it is off and comes back on when it is on and or I bring my wrist up to look at it. Will a screen replacement fix it?
