Aluminum body is becoming warped

Not sure what you are pointed issues is here:

The display cover: A loose hinge can cause the lid to shift a bit and sit a bit proud. At this point you likely only need to tighten the screws. This is a simple problem.

The uppercase frame: A common issue here is the computer is stored in a backpack that caused the system to twist when carried. This could be a set of books being inserted so when the backpack is carried cause excessive pressure. Removing the display and carefully twisting the frame might be all that’s needed. If severe you may need a new uppercase.

The bottom cover: The more common distortion is the battery is swelling up pressing on the cover so the system won’t sit flat on a desk. I would run Coconutbattery posting a snapshot of the apps window here so we can see. Its best not to use or charge the system as the battery could fully push out.

Be aware there is a battery recall on your system! Plug in your systems S/N here 15” MacBook Pro Battery Recall Program I would strongly recommend you get your system to either an Apple Store or authorized service center to have it replaced under this program.

If the cover is pushed up I do recommend you open the system up outside just in case as as soon as you release the pressure the battery could expand still more. If you can run the battery down so there is less power in the battery.
