soft roller does not turn , found belt sprocket stripped from soft roller assembly…
Wear can I buy a nother assembly

Good luck...on my unit there is a very small plastic piece that fits in the drive shaft fir the roller. It has a slot in it so when the drive shaft turns it will drive the roller. Mine is stripped. Called Shark and they do not sell a replacement...was told o need to but a new head for $80.

Yeah mine broke too! the small plastic gear that fits over the flat drive shaft snapped in half and the stupid company apparently doesn't make this part available! Bad business!!!

I called them and complained, mentioning that I was planning on airing my disappointment on social media . They offered me a complete new head at better than half price…took the offer.
