One inch of the left side of it doesn't respond to touch
Left side for one inch does not respond to touch it's visual but no touch response

Paula Goble this is usually caused be a failed touchscreen. Going by your model number is difficult since there are no listings with that. It appears to be a Nextbook Ares 10A NX16A but we would need more information on it to be sure. I’d check the rather mediocre video on here to remove the digitizer etc. While you are at it, take plenty of good pictures and create a guide https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/new for the rest of us.
