My airpods case does not light up when I open the case. But if a put a charger in the light flashes white really fast. And my airpods is on right now and I don't know how to turn they off. Because my case doesn't do anything

There may be a problem with your Airpods case then, and it probably can’t retain any charge, so, it only works when it is plugged in, when the energy is going purely into charging the airpods rather than charging the case.

I my case, when it's plugged on charged, it show 100% of charge. I think that if it was a charge retention issue, it would display a critical level of charge instead of showing it fully charged.
One more thing, if I keep the box plugged, I am able to connect the airpods and they are fully charge too. If I remove the box from charge the airpods can't connect.

My airpods have a orange light when they are charging but when i try to use them the light turns off and they won’t connect. I recently dropped my AirPods case and it has a scratch on it but I don’t think it’s that. Any tips?

I have the same issue too.
You need to replace the case in this situation. I had faced the same problem and as my airpods were not under warranty, i need to pay 1200 indian rupees for the same.

yeah they told me the same thing, $179 USD (12603 Indian Rupees) to replace them
In my nothing ear 1 charging case, TWS pogo pins are not working. is it possible to repair? Amy spare parts available? Please let me know

for me was my connection pins in a case had corrosion after i rubbed votka and use my screw drive i was able to do the fix.
i know it sound bad advice.
