It sounds like there might be an issue with the right Galaxy Bud. Here are a few steps you can try to fix the low volume issue:
1. **Clean the Earbuds**: Use a soft cloth or cotton swab to gently clean the speaker mesh and the area around it on the right Galaxy Bud. Sometimes, dirt or debris can block the sound.
2. **Reset the Galaxy Buds**: You mentioned you've already done this, but just in case, here's how:
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone.
- Go to `Settings` > `Reset earbuds`.
3. **Check for Updates**: Ensure your Galaxy Buds and the Galaxy Wearable app are updated to the latest version.
4. **Bluetooth Settings Reset**: Try resetting the Bluetooth settings on your phone. This can sometimes resolve connectivity and performance issues:
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Tap `Connections` > `Bluetooth`.
- Tap the settings icon next to your Galaxy Buds and select `Forget`.
5. **Reconnect the Galaxy Buds**: After resetting Bluetooth settings, pair the Galaxy Buds again with your phone.
6. **Equalizer Settings**: Check the equalizer settings in the Galaxy Wearable app. Sometimes, adjusting the settings can improve the audio balance.
7. **Contact Samsung Support**: If none of these steps work, it's possible there's a hardware issue with the right Galaxy Bud. Contact Samsung Support or visit a service center for further assistance.
Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue with your Galaxy Buds!

My left bud does this
por Jake Freed
My left bud is doing this but for some reason that bud has a much tighter fit even when I swap the ear tips

Same thing is happening to me. My left bud is now a lot quieter than my right bud.

I had the same problem. Tried all the "soft ware" fixes to no avail.
I took off the little silver screen cover. Removed the black mesh behind it, and replaced silver screen. Solved the problem. Sound is great.

Hey everyone, I have a fix that might help. I assumed it was a software problem with my buds too. I did the thing where I pulled the mesh out and all that and still had the problem.
Here's how I fixed it:
With the mesh attached in the earbud, I wiped it with rubbing alcohol, and then used an air duster can to blow directly into the mesh. Voila my earbuds were good as new.
