Screen and home button

I have had my phone fixed by king of gsm and I had to take it back 3 times because the screen touch stops working I’ve just got it back and it’s still doing it I’ve tried resetting it and that doesn’t help. The home button goes really hot as soon as the phone turns on and stays like it until the phone dies. I’ve had my phone done my a man in a van and people at there house and this has never happened but the one time I have it done in a shop this happens. It’s the touch on the screen that doesn’t work it can work for like a second then stops.

is there anyone that can help me with this please I don’t want to take it back to them and wanna know if I can get this fixed or if I’m better off just getting a new phone and selling mine as a faulty phone which I think it could be now.
