Not booting up, only fan turns on for 1 second

My Macbook air suddenly does not boot anymore, has recieved no damage but suddenly does not boot. When I boot it, the fan turns on for 1 second but that is everything that happens. In this one second it does give power to periferals (my mouse), and when the magsafe is plugged in it tries to boot every 5 seconds, but can’t… I could charge it and the magsafe showed a orange light, now its fully charged and shows green as normal. I’ve tried to reset everything (SMC etc) but that didn’t work, during the SMC reset the green charging light does not blink shortly, it should right…? Ran it with the battery unplugged and only the adapter plugged in, unplugged everything, I tried everything, but it all doesn’t seem to work. Does somebody know what part could be broken?
