Why does my screen go white sometimes
Screen goes white on my j1 mini and i have to take out the battery and put it back in to get it to work again. Can't switch it off even.

If the screen goes completely white, but re-seating the battery helps, then the issue may be with the phone’s software. Have you tried performing a full factory reset on the device? Doing this will revert your phone’s settings back to the state they were when you first received it, as well as perform any software updates.
