91 c1500 Check engine light doesn’t turn on. I changed the bulb and a I’ll wont turn on. So I bought a used cluster with circuit board and put it on. Engine light turns on but now it cranks and won’t start. So I removed it and put the one I had before (no engine light) and it starts up. I need the engine light to work so I can pass smog
