my window 10 had problem i reset and it failed to booty is showed booty error
then it went black on screen

Boot errors are so annoying… (I would love to see one that actually came up as booty error, but I digress)
details on what happened prior to the error would be helpful… was it charging? running app? any tablet drops in the recent past? was the reset you did a Hard Reset?
try here “Unable to boot” there may be some suggestions on this Microsoft thread that will help you get where you are going.
