A friend gave me his tablet after he tried to replace the battery and torn the whole connector from the motherboard:

is there any way to repair this kind of damage or even bypass the thing and use the tablet without a battery?

it could be repaired but i dont think you should attempt it yourself unless you feel comfortable it will require finding the solder traces and running jumper wires from them to the connector plus using epoxy to glue the connector to the board
