My Sony Bravia television Model KLV323X350 is out of order. Picture was jumping and later on, no picture on screen. TV is 2 1/2 years old. How to get it repaired

sankarmandal5661 Sony uses the power LED as a troubleshooting light. Let us know if your power LED blinks and if so, how often. You also need to let us know if you have sound and if you have tried all different input sources like HDMI, Coax etc. After that you may have to remove the back of your TV. Check all the boards for obvious damage like charred, missing components or domed leaking capacitors etc. Post some good images of all your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use this guide Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente for that. You will need a multimeter to check power outputs etc. If you follow the troubleshooting guide and no backlight turns on then the most likely failure is your B-board (main board)

The most common failure of these is with the capacitors in the power supply. If you are comfortable with soldering, you can replace the defective components to repair this. Open up the back and look to see whether or not there are bulged parts on the power board. If so, replace them. If not, take a few photos of the boards and post them here.

Verify your model number. Sony does not seem to have a KLV323X350 but has a KLV-32BX350.....
