Hi @cemelvin ,
The radio is protected by an anti theft system.
Here’s an image taken from the owner manual for a 2000 Honda Accord (you didn’t specify which year) which shows what to do to reset the radio if the power supply to the radio has been disconnected for whatever reason (this includes disconnecting the car battery).
