The Camera would no longer activate and displays "can't connect to Camera", "OK" on a blank(Black) background! Is this repairable? After some finagling it displayed a solid green screen, I got rid of the green screen and now it displays the aforementioned message and background. Have tried rebooting, turned off, waited and turned back on, removed and reinstalled the battery, all to no avail!

Surely this thing has a "factory reset" ? On every 'smart device' I have ever fixed...
Step #1: Check battery charge is above 99%.
Step #2: Reset to factory defaults.
Now, try more finagling. <--- spell checker says ???
