1 Both sides are really quiet
So for a while only one side of my earphones worked and then after I left it for a few months both sides started working again but they are really really quiet. I mean they sound like whispering at the loudest volume. Is there any way I can fix this?

take the ear rubber off - face the earbud down and tap the top to loosen the wax while you rub the speaker metal at the bottom with a toothbrush - it will clear the dirt and wax in the small holes - volume level should return to normal
