Resources for Memory Card Reader Replacement/Repair?

My Canon T4i has met with a terrible fate. (Majora's Mask, anyone?) As with many of its fellow T4i brothers, the memory card reader has pins that are mangled. In my attempts to realign them without opening up the camera body, via some picks through the slot opening itself, I managed to further the damge. As such, and not willing to accept defeat, and Gan...err... Canon's outrageous repair prices, I am in search of a comprehensive guide on how to replace the aforementioned card reader. Also, a trustworthy source of camera parts would be, as with any assistance offered here, greatly appreciated.

TL;DR

Card reader is broken. Need to find a new one and to know how to fix it. Made obscure Legend of Zelda references.
