After a reverse polarity situation while changing the battery, be careful who you allow to work on your car, replaced burned fuses under dash and under hood. Couldn't find fuse to radio and trip mileage,etc. Is there another fuse not shown in service manuel perhaps

Radios have their own fuse installed on them also. Take out your radio, and look at the back of the unit, you should see a fuse there.
Possible you have killed a couple of relays in the process, but if you haven't already scan your car for codes, clear them. Drive it and for at least 30 mins, and check codes again.
