Your BIOS is set to try to boot from a remote connection via Ethernet.
Since the Ethernet is neither connected nor on a network with a remote boot device, this message occurs.
It is completely harmless.
However you can go into your BIOS settings and remove Network boot from your boot order and options.

How do I do that
When you first turn on the computer, press "F2" or "ESC" until you see a message asking if you want to go to SETUP or BIOS SETUP or something similar. If you see the Windows logo, then you missed it.
Once in the BIOS, it should be under Boot order.
I have the ethernet cable connected to it and it shows up a client Mac address and number and DHCP and says... Like it's loading but then it shows pxe - e53 no boot filename receipt and then says pxe mof exiting pxe ROM
Right, you do not have a bootable device network. If your computer is not trying the optical drive or the hard drive, that is the real problem. See this video on disassembly. Check the hard drive to make sure it is firmly attached. The hard drive is what is opened at 0:44.
Idk how to take apart a computer and don't want to screw it up
