Hi @naroo51,
Looking at the user guide for the headphones indicates that the transmitter requires to be connected to the mains with an 100-240V AC / 9VDC 0.34A adapter (see image of adapter - click on image to enlarge for better viewing) and that there appears to be no batteries located in the base unit.
The only batteries are the 2 x AAA NiMH rechargeable ones found in the headphones.
What is the problem with your headphones/ transmitter?
