Panel at the bottom of my screen
I have about a 2 inch panel on the bottom of my screen. It is not opaque, so I can see some through it. It has vertical lines on the panel.

@boommer1 you will need to let us know what model your TV is. Also post some images of what your screen displays with your question. Use this guide Adicionar imagens a uma pergunta já existente for that. It will allow us to see what you see. From your description alone it sounds like a bad panel.
