Hi,
What is the model number of your tablet?
Does your tablet actually have 2 cameras installed i.e. in front and back of tablet?
It may be that you only have the one, (on the same side as the screen) and it's intended use is for video calls etc, not for taking pictures, other than "selfies" that is.
