Soaked in Window Cleaner
I have a 2nd gen iPod touch. The machine is about three years old and there's no warranty on it.
I had it connected to my lap top this morning and I went to the bathroom, not even thinking that my three year old would put her hands on it. Suffice to say, I was wrong.
When I got back from the bathroom, my kid had doused the iPod in window cleaner. At first I thought it was just on the surface, so I proceeded to wipe the liquid off. As I was doing this, the screen took on the look of snow camouflage. There were patches of whites and grays all over it.
I freaked out and pushed the menu button which resulted in a row of white horizontal lines running down the screen, before the display went completely blank.
Plugging it in does nothing, pushing the buttons does nothing either.
I have no clue where to even begin with this. And I know this is stupid question, because I'm pretty sure I know what the answer will be, but is there a way to fix this without opening up?
Is there a way to open it up without tools?
Esta é uma boa pergunta?
