How to fix the problem
Well not spray it's filled with water the Is on everything secure the reheater light is on but still would not spray water out

Do you distilled water or tap? If tap you may have a lime issue.
You'll likely need to soak the head & boiler in 'Lime Away' or other de-mineral solution.
