Cant power up with Battery or Power cord
ASUS U47VC will not power up. Battery most likely dead. Plug in power cord and get green light on front but still will not charge or power up.
I get light that indicates I am getting pwr to laptop but still nothing.

Remove battery after unplugging? Try power on.

Remove battery from equation. Unplug from power adapter and remove battery. Wait a few seconds, then just plug in adapter and see if the green light turns on in front. If so but still won't power up., uh oh...
