Upgrade LCD Screen to Full HD

Hello, I just bought Lenovo G780, and was so excited about it's spec vs price and a free ram upgrade offered to me, that I totally forgot about screen resolution.

Is it possible to upgrade Lenovo G780's 1600xXXX screen to full hd? What connector and screen controller does it use? What types of screens are compatible with this laptop?
