No service after water damage, how did you fix it?

My mot g4 plus accidentally fall in water. I did dry my phone, and everything working fine except the phone’s network. It showing “NO SERVICE” . I tried to do manual searching and I got message that ‘ Error while searching for network’.

I also tried to *#*#4636#*#* to enable mobile radio ON,. but not working.

KINDLY HELP
