I have the controller apart as my analog broke when I chucked it across the room I assume anyways... was playing with it and he top fell off my hand. Was patching it up with an old broken 360 controller but I cannot remove the analog shroud... Any thoughts before I get the dremall out?

So they slide off like a regular analog and the original 360 ones are compatible they just need a little pry from underneath
