The record/stop button appears to be broken. There is no positive feel to it when I press it and the camera does not start recording.
How do I replace it and where can I get parts?

You will have to do a search for a replacement part using your make and model #, perhaps Ebay/Amazon/etc. may have replacement part. Good luck.
