1 Cursor not appearing at all
first my screen froze, then I tried to shut down. too a lot of attempts. I restarted, and the creen comes up but does not get populated with my files etc. and there is no cursor.
It is not in warranty. What should I do?

Does the laptop have standard hard drive, or does it have an SSD? Is the hard drive/SSD any where near full? Can you try creating a bootable Windows 10 thumb drive with another computer and see if it boots the Lenovo?
