So my magicbox ii out of the blue refuses to charge. It shows a red light when plugged in, but will not turn on with or without the cable plugged in. I have tried two different USB cables, both which work on other devices, and both have the same result.

camero2734 , May be a faulty battery. The battery, cable/charger or charge port may be faulty damaged. Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue also look in the port for any bent pins and straighten very carefully with a tooth pick. Try one more time a different compatible charger/cord to see if that is the issue. If different compatible charger/cord does not fix and port looks/test good, the battery or connection could be bad, if able to clean battery connections and reconnect/install battery, still not charging battery probably faulty. I have checked and no pins are bent and everything is connected internally. Something weird occurs that i forgot to mention. When I plug it in, the red light comes on but then will automatically turn off randomly after a bit. I have to unplug and replug the usb adapter (either from the wall or from the speaker) to get the red light to come back on. If I try turning on the speaker, the blue light will come on for a fraction of a second and turn off. Does this narrow down what could be wrong?

Where can I find a replacement battery at?
camero2734, you may have to actually get the #'s off the battery and do a search or the battery spec's/size, as I did try a search using (DKnight MagicBox II 2000mAh battery) and found nothing. Good luck.
bought a Ubittek big magic box blue tooth speaker but cannot see anywhere to allow me to charge it...can anyone help me with this please
