muriel_sandham , turn it upside down and give it a few quick shakes the moderately bang it on a counter while still upside down then quickly turn it over and see if they will dump out the side slot, while slightly on it's side depress the keys. Just an FYI to add to the answer above. My 2 year old granddaughter could tear up an anvil. She somehow got a credit card sized toy magnet lodged in the works of the toy cash register. Then jammed a toy token in on top of that. Was able to remove the token by holding it upside down depressing the key halfway, while prying with a butter knife. It shot out. I looked into the side slot where change comes out using a flashlight. I could see the other toy was oriented up and down. A bit more of the same maneuver along with a boost reaching into the side slot with needle nose pliers and the other toy came out at last.
