Why does the earphone jack not work
i can only hear one side if i plug in my headphones

Hi
If you have tried with another pair of headphones and it is the same that's mean you have to replace your phone headphone jack.
This should solve your problem.

Identify the problem is it your phone earphone jack or your earphones itself?
Test your earphones against another device and see if you have the same problem . If not, then it is your mobile earphone jack.
