I factory reset and went black and never would come back on

I received the tablet from a friend in June. I factory reset it and it cut and I can't get it to come back on. I've tried the reboot with the buttons. I've even plugged it into a computer and laptop. I've never even been able to use it. It worked before I factory reset it. My friend died so I have the box but can't find out about it
