Thanks for the extra info, now it has a high probability of being fixed. But due to the complexity of "the fix" it would be a good idea to take it to a phone shop to do it. Does sound like a full screen replacement needed. I have fixed them before and these ones are not easy. But not impossible, if you want to try it yourself then get onto the tear downs and watch it a couple of times before attempting it. Me, I'm as thick as two short planks and had to watch the teardowns a few times before attempting the repair., but did it

It been dropped on the ground and when tried to restart it did not work and then left him on the charge did not give any indication of charging
