There is no away apart from guessing your old password and apply it by different intervals to avoid getting your phone blocked. If not then you may need to put your device in to DFU mode then restore and update it using iTunes but all of you saved data shall be erased.

David - Did you even checkout the Apple TN? You do realize this is not an iPhone and it doesn't have iOS on it so you have no DFU functions either.
