My charging port is broken

Hank Manuel, You do not state your tablet model#, but for the most part tablets charge ports are now solder directly to the Mother Board and considered a hard fix because of the skill and knowledge working with heat to unsolder and resolder the port on a board with delicate components. Below is link #1 a guide showing what could be involved in access the port inside the device. Link #2 is a video showing how a port is changed. Good luck.
