Would there be any type of diagnosis for the OEM keyboard not turning on or charging? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot one?

Hi,

Just a thought. Is the tablet still under warranty, i.e. less than 12 months old?

If so, verify the purchase date and then consult the warranty statement as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement.
