How do I replace the battery door?
The battery door is broken, I have a replacement but am wondering whether I need to dismantle the camera completely (the camera is actually a J2)

tristan gonzalez , You will have to remove screws of body and dismantle until you can access battery door pin to remove it and replace. Be very careful all connecting wires and plugs very delicate on camera's. Not a lot of instruction to be found on the net for your camera, below are a couple links showing tear down not your exact model but similar, that may show what you may get into. If not comfortable doing repair your self take into a good camera shop for an estimate to replace the door. Good luck.
